Founded in 1968, the company established itself as a major supplier of cathodic protection systems and materials for marine and offshore applications latterly as part of the Wilson Walton network.
In 1994 the company was acquired by Corrpro Companies Inc. (Corrpro), and further developed its industrial cathodic protection business.
As part of the strategy of industrial growth, Corrpro Europe acquired the BASCO Group of companies in 1998. The acquisition has enabled Corrpro to significantly strengthen its industrial engineering and materials operations worldwide.
