Turnkey cathodic protection and antifouling systems for capital projects, including pipelines, jetties, refineries, pump caissons, oil and gas plants, and power plants from initial feasibility studies through to final commissioning.
The company is staffed by qualified, experienced corrosion engineers based at Durley (Southampton) in Hampshire, and Stockton On Tees and serve clients throughout the UK, Europe and the world.
Specific activities include:
- Survey
Soil surveys, ac and dc mitigation, CIPS, Pearson, ECDA and DCVG onshore pipeline surveys, plus towed fish/trailing wire potential surveys of offshore pipelines.
- Design and Engineering
Experienced cathodic protection design and specification capability with dedicated CAD facilities. FEED studies and consultancy services, procurement support.
- Material supply
A full range of cathodic protection materials and equipment backed by the quality and competitiveness achievable from the industry leader.
- Installation and Commissioning
Experienced engineers and technicians can be provided on long or short term contracts to supervise installation and undertake cathodic protection system commissioning, maintenance and fault finding on a wide variety of projects and installations.
- Consultancy
The company offers consultancy services on all types of corrosion and cathodic protection problems, including identifying and resolving interference problems.
- Training
Customised training courses in corrosion and cathodic protection either in UK or at client's premises. Typically courses would include classroom lectures, site and factory visits.
- Laboratory
On site facility providing full soil and water analysis and cathodic protection product testing and development.
