Corrpro Companies Europe Limited, a world leader in corrosion control and mitigation has a vacancy for an experienced senior Corrosion Engineer to work in the Cathodic protection and corrosion monitoring industry.

Working with a group of Engineers and Technologists, you would plan and perform complex cathodic protection engineering duties in support of assigned projects – duties related to testing, evaluation and installation of cathodic protection systems designed to inhibit corrosion on various structures.

Duties to include:

• Plan, schedule and monitor project activities relating to the oil & gas industry.
• Establish teams and assign work based on complexity of tasks and individual capacities.
• Co-ordinate engineering aspects of installation process
• Prepare, review and edit engineering and maintenance reports; consult field staff regarding revisions in analysis or modifications of system designs.
• Supervise and/or perform test operations required to determine condition of soil, water, underground or submerged structures.
• Direct the preparation of field drawings and develop complete Cathodic Protection system designs.
• Prepare in cost estimation and detailed proposal development.
• Supervise and participate in post installation survey and prepare final client report.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience in Engineering or Science based industries
Ideally qualified to degree level
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Knowledge of AutoCad
Full driving license
Commitment to overseas travel will be required
