The Site Services department undertakes work in four fields:
Industrial cathodic protection services
CP system supply, installation and commissioning plus routine monitoring of sacrificial and impressed current systems on pipelines, tanks, jetties, outfalls, etc.
Pipeline Surveys
Close Interval Potential (CIP), DC Voltage Gradient (DCVG) and Signal Attenuation Coating (SAC) Surveys, plus remedial activities.
LPG Underground storage tanks
Provision of routine cathodic protection system monitoring and remedial installation activities plus design and supply of bespoke cathodic protection systems for multi-tank installations.
Petrol Filling Stations
Provision of Mean Time to Corrosion Failure (MTCF ®) buried tank integrity surveys and cathodic protection system design, supply and installation.
The department employs ICorr qualified Technicians and most site personnel have the ‘UK Petroleum Industry Association' safety passport.
